Happy Monday!
I am kick starting this week with healthy protein waffles. Check out the recipe below!
One Serving of Protein Waffle Hearts:
1/2 Banana
1/4 Egg Whites
1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I used vanilla!)
1 tsp Cinnamon
This makes a great recipe for pancakes as well. Go crazy! It is guilt-free after all.
