Best Pancakes in Toronto with a twist

I often get asked: “Why do you love brunch so much? Is it just for Instagram?” No.  I have always been picky when it comes to food.  Brunch is the only time I can easily find options to enjoy on a menu.  And by options, I’m referring to my go-to - PANCAKES!

The amount of times I have googled best pancakes in Toronto is endless.  I found a hard time finding unique options with a twist on pancakes, so I decided to go to find my own. Below are some of my favourite finds in the city for pancakes with a twist.

Carrot Cake Pancakes - Liberty Commons

Liberty Commons is an underground pub located in the heart of liberty.  They have a variety of options, from classic comfort foods, to salads and lighter bites, and of course my favourite - their Carrot Cake Pancakes.
